See the update on the forum thread. This is due to JS being enabled and doesn't happen in WPD, which has JS saving off by default. Turning off JS when loading the snapshot fixes the problem.
Hopefully a later version of WPD or Firefox 3 will fix the layout issue, whatever it is.
Will leave this open just in case anyone wants to hack on the WPD code to fix this.
