On a tangential issue, note that single-field creators are treated as institutional authors by citeproc-js, with institutional subunits (subcommitttee, committee, firm or institution) delimited by commas. There is documentation here:

(citeproc-js patches in the necessary CSL extensions to vanilla CSL 1.0 styles, and applies the processing logic described in the linked doc.)
This documentation will be merged into the Dirty Tricks section of the processor manual when I get to it.
