Description
The editor doesn't support small caps right now because Midas, Mozilla's HTML editing component, doesn't. However, we should at least preserve small caps.

I have uploaded a patch scaps.patch that preserves small caps in the style editor display, and in the cite when the editor is closed.

The first version of the patch may have been flawed. The scaps-rev1.patch version I've just put up should be more sound.

The third time's the charm, as they say. The scaps-rev2.patch file just uploaded is easier to read than the previous ones, and will always convert the markup correctly. Don't know what I was thinking this morning, when I wrote the other ones, really.
As I wrote on the forums earlier, it would be a great help if this fix could be applied, it's needed by anyone working with legal styles.
