Description
Right now, we have Chicago Manual of Style, Modern Humanities Research Association, and American Sociological Association CSLs in the old schema. We could probably drop the latter two if they're not done in time for 1.0, but we should get CMS converted.
Sean, have you made any progress on CMS? I'd be happy to take it over, but if you have something to start with, it could be useful.

I made some progress, but I'm concerned that I wasn't making full use of macros and otherwise creating an efficient CSL. I've attached my work to this ticket.

simon--
i'll be happy to help on this (if you need help), in general, or in regards to letters and manuscripts which are formatted incorrectly in the current version as well. (see #678)
