Improve ACS Pubs support

We appear to support the global Advanced Search for pubs.acs.org and a few of the individual journal sections, but it's an important site and we'd benefit from better support.
Unfortunately, there may not be any sort of consistent interface between the individual journals, but we should try to add support for a least some of the bigger journals on there.
Also, some of the journals we already support don't fully work. Here's an article from Chemical Biology that doesn't download PDFs:

This doesn't have to happen all at once--we can improve this incrementally and keep the ticket open.

Probably worth contacting them to see about adding consistent metadata to their pages. Otherwise we'd probably have to code for a slew of different layouts. (I haven't really looked too closely--maybe there are only a few layouts that are used on many of the journal sections...)
