Print bibliography does not work

Description
Presumably broken in r1703, since it prints from a hidden browser; reverting this hidden browser only to use the old behavior should fix the issue

Hmm, after restarting FF, it looks like you're right. Before I wasn't getting a print dialog or an error message. I'll reopen this ticket if it recurs.
