Adding item to last-used collection doesn't work until Zotero pane has been opened

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1) Select a collection other than My Library
2) Restart Firefox but do not open Zotero pane
3) Locate a web resource that displays a Z import icon and click it
4) Open Z pane. Item will have been saved in My Library, but not highlighted collection. Clicking import icon again will save to highlighted collection.
