#726 closed defect (fixed)

Localize remaining hard-coded strings

Reported by: stakats Owned by: stakats
Priority: major Milestone: 1.0.0
Component: interface Version: 1.0
Keywords: Cc:

Description

It looks like we still have some hard-coded English strings lurking in the code:

http://www.babelzilla.org/forum/index.php?s=d330a2b9ca58922971337e0de43ab22b&showtopic=2328&st=20&#entry32500

Rather than prep all new locales, which would disrupt the work in progress at Babelzilla, I will contact each translator individually to get these translated. But Dan, could you first identify a list of remaining strings and add them to the en-US locale in the branch?

(In [1771]) Closes #726, Localize remaining hard-coded strings

Not localizing 'Error initializing Zotero database' or bundle.js alerts -- they shouldn't happen except during development, and if they do it doesn't really matter if the user understands them.

Do we need to update the BZ XPI that's attached to #599 before uploading?
