Use fulltext word index for notes and fields

Do we want to do this? It'd slow down insertion (including, most notably, updating of notes) but might drastically speed up the quicksearch.

Probably makes sense, as long as something can be also done for #664 to at least keep notes entry at the current level of speed (I think much of the current notes entry slowness is from auto-sorting).
