add "periodical" and "archival collection" item types — at Initial Version

Description
These two item types will be necessary for the hierarchical items structure but they don't have to wait until it's set up. I hope we don't have to wait for the ontology project to produce their grand schema to add these. I've been also arguing for these on forums:
