HTML bibliographies should include COinS attributes

Description

If HTML bibliographies included COinS, people could easily create "hot" references on their web pages. Hot.

Combined with #647, this would make putting Zotero-readable bibliographies online very easy.

This should already be implemented, and it seems to be working for me, at least. Let me know if there are issues.
