Simon, do you know whether there is any difference at all among Vancouver/ICMJE/NLM? We've gotten hammered in a few blog posts on not supporting the last two, but as far as I can tell, they're all identical. If that's the case, we could just rename NLM to Vancouver/ICMJE/NLM. Alternatively we could dupe NLM twice and rename the copies as the latter two styles. Once we have inheriting styles working we can link them together instead.
