Description

Some citation records include unicode characters represented 

Sch\&\#228;r

instead of Schär (see ​http://portal.acm.org/citation.cfm?id=1005363&coll=Portal&dl=GUIDE&CFID=16704869&CFTOKEN=32644822#).

We could add a string function to insert the proper unicode character.
