"Meeting name" does not show up in the generated bibliography for "Presentation" item type

Description

From the Zotero forums: "Perhaps a newbie problem rather than a bug, but for a conference paper reference, the conference name does not show up in any of the supported bibliography styles."

Similarly, for "Presentation" item type, "meeting name" does not show up in the generated bibliography.

For conferences, this is related to #451. The fix is either to add a publicationTitle field, as requested there, or to simply make publicationTitle the base field for conferenceName and then finish #530.

The Conference Paper part was fixed by #530, so renaming for the Presentation issue. Do we need an additional field? A base field mapping? Just a manual fix?
