Sean, if you can provide a list of the people who've contributed localizations so far and reassign this to me, I'll take care of getting their names into the appropriate files.

I've sent a message to the BabelZilla translators asking them for their full names or whether they don't want to be included at all in the credits. I'll add the names here when I have them.

I've only included names for completed locales. As other locales are finished, I'll add the relevant names here. Please note that we have three new locales: zh-TW, pt-BR, and es-ES.
