506	Right-click to create new collection not functioning	stakats	dstillman	"Right-clicking the collections pane to create a new collection currently does not work.  The contextual menu appears, and I can select ""New Collection..."", but nothing happens.   I get no console errors.  ""New Saved Search..."" and ""Export Library..."" continue to work.
