Description
If a web page (or one of its elements) keeps the connection open, STATE_STOP is never reached in the nsIWebBrowserPersist's WebProgressListener (i.e. Zotero.WebProgressFinishListener in zotero.js), and the attachment is never completed in importFromDocument().

I haven't seen it on any other sites, but there are surely others.

(In [1090]) Fixes #496, Snapshot doesn't complete on some web pages
I'm not entirely sure this won't break attachment saving in other cases, so people should keep an eye out for failed snapshots.
