conference paper needs "publicationTitle" field?

when I have a paper that's in something like "Proceedings of the SIGCHI conference on Human factors in computing systems," it doesn't seem like there's any place to store this data besides the "Series" field. is this the right place? or do we need a new field?

endnote puts this info in the "conference name" field (which we have), i.e.:

this may not be self-evident, however--we could rename the field tag. but it looks like there is no reason to have two separate fields for conference name and proceedings title, because the proceedings/abstracts title always contains the conference name

I'd vote for a more discrete field, since this is a bit counterintuitive, but as long as we have some field, it's not too big of an issue.

Does the conference name serve any purpose on its own? If not, and Conference Name is unintuitive, perhaps the field should just have a different name? Otherwise, it's a little silly to have a field that's not actually used but that people might think they need to enter data into manually. If renamed, the field could just be linked with the publicationTitle base field and export would work properly once #530 was finished.

I think we should rename. This item type only works for published conference abstracts/proceedings anyway, so something like Publication Title/Proceedings Title would work much better. Conference Name is only necessary if you're citing a paper that wasn't published as an abstract--people can use Presentation item type for that.

Added proceedingsTitle with base field publicationTitle for now, since the hierarchical item type structure will require both (the conference itself will be an event)
