show/hide keyboard shortcut doesn't work unless Zotero pane is de-selected

The following bug report was sent to support@…. I've reproduced it on a Dell laptop running Windows XP; no errors were reported in the error console. The problem does not extend to the Mac OS X operating system.

Here's the user's report:

I've run into a bug with the Zotero show/hide keyboard shortcut,
Control+Alt+Z. It only works when the focus is on the browser window,
and not when the focus is in the Zotero pane.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Start Firefox;
2) Open Zotero by pressing Control+Alt+Z;
3) Click anywhere in the Zotero UI;
4) Press Control+Alt+Z again.

Expected behavior: Zotero should close itself when you press the
shortcut a second time.

Actual behavior: It doesn't.

If, after following the above steps, you click in the web page you're
looking at, the Control+Alt+Z shortcut will work. So I think it's
probably an issue with the focus. Zotero isn't listening for its own
shortcut.

I believe this should fix the problem without any ill effects.
