Blank tooltip bug ​https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=147670 fixed by Firefox 3.0.

Assign tooltiptext="" to menuitems to hide tooltip completely

Made slightly better by r847, which set blank tooltiptexts, though there's still the annoying little yellow rectangle...
