attachment import bug
| Reported by: | simon | Owned by: | simon |

Description
- Exporting a New York Times newspaper article to Zotero RDF file
("Export Selected Item") and then importing that file doesn't
import that item that correctly. Attempting to export with the file
(attachment) causes no items to be imported. Attempting to export
without the file (attachment) causes it to import the <bib:Part>,
not the <bib:Item>.

currently, the ad site blacklist is located at the top of ingester/browser.js. at some point, we may want to switch this to a database table.
