232	University of Michigan library site does not work	stakats	simon	"The library UI list sometimes does not refresh when a new item is saved.  This problem occurs after visiting the University of Michigan library site and trying to save a record (which fails), then returning to GMU's library and trying to save a record (which succeeds but without UI refresh).  If the user selects a project folder and then returns to the library list, the new record will appear.  Problem is easily duplicated:
1) navigate to mirlyn.lib.umich.edu
2) find a library record and try to add it
3) navigate to library.gmu.edu
4) find a library record and try to add it
