new smart collection on mac problem

Description

I'm trying to find a way to consistently reproduce this, but several times while adding a smart collection on the mac the "My Library" words disappear and the new smart folder doesn't appear. Only a Firefox restart shows them again. The folder icon for My Library remains; only the words go away.
