#1890 closed defect (fixed)

Set noteIndex for in-text styles

Reported by: fbennett Owned by: simon
Priority: major Milestone:
Component: word integration Version: 2.1
Keywords: Cc: fbennett

Description

A few in-text styles in the repository use position conditionals ("ibid"). These are currently not discriminating between citations in a footnote and citations in the text:

http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/19604/no-ibid-in-intext-citation-style-when-prior-footnote-contains-a-citation/

Zotero is currently passing the value of noteIndex only for "note" styles. The attached patch passes the value unconditionally.

(If it is desirable to save overhead for styles that don't need this value, citeproc.opt.update_mode === CSL.POSITION is true only when the style makes use of position conditionals.)
