Hide tests in code pane of Scaffold

Description

We need to find a way to hide the tests, at least most of the time, in the code pane of Scaffold. Perhaps they can be moved to a separate pane-- they do need to be visible so the desired output can be edited easily. As it is, they can significantly slow down ACE, making it painful to edit translators with significant numbers of tests.
