[PATCH] Author misordering in COinS when rft.au and rft.aulast combine

Description

Complex authors (rft.aulast, rft.aufirst) are placed after simple authors (rft.au) when consuming COinS.

Attached patch keeps track of where the complex authors were in the COinS input so Zotero gets the author order right.

This affects, among other things, data from Mendeley's COinS.
