Description
JSTOR is broken completely.
All individual article imports produce the same 1926 AER article as import, multiple imports fail with:
[JavaScript Error: "no element found" {file: "http://www.jstor.org.turing.library.northwestern.edu/rx?uid=164699157715962&st=1282445159510&pn=http://www.jstor.org.turing.library.northwestern.edu/stable/20065238&ets=BodyTagTiming:123,load:531" line: 1}]

Apparently, the issue with single articles appears only if you have access to full-text. Otherwise, you get the correct citation data. I'm working on this.
