  • Resolution set to wontfix
  • Status changed from new to closed

As I noted on the forums:
"The problem here is that the university library has decided to not expose a MARC or Export link. The only way to export records in a computer-readable format is to mark several records for export and download an RIS or MARC file of them. This is unnecessarily complex. Try contacting your library and asking them to look into adding a MARC export button. For the purposes of Zotero support, the button could even be hidden using CSS." (http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/13163/)
This makes the U Melbourne site essentially not the same as typical InnoPAC installations, and it should really be fixed by their tech people. If they make the site even a little bit more standard, we could add another match pattern to support it. Otherwise, I'm not about to add a whole new branch in the scraping logic to work around their decision to hide the MARC data. The InnoPAC translator is fragile enough as it is.

The document.domain error is a red herring.

  • Resolution wontfix deleted
  • Status changed from closed to reopened

A comment on the forums notes: "I've been told that this has been fixed at the University of Melbourne end today; and it certainly seems to be working. Great news, and thanks to the library-folk who have now fixed it."

And indeed it is now working. Re-closing as fixed.
