1675	Actions menu does not work on group libraries	tjowens	dstillman	"If you select a group library and then chose Create Timeline, or Export Library from the actions menu the resulting export or Timeline is of My Library, not the selected group library. 

The full fix for this is to make these functions work for group libraries. Baring that, the actions menu options that do not work for group libraries should, at least, be grayed out when a group library is selected. 

Collections in group libraries work just fine.
