Underlining should be preserved by the above patch. The code has been parameterized, and can be extended to cover other span-based markup by adding entries to the _rtfRexMap array.

First revised patch, this should be it.

Maybe the second time's the charm this time. The rev1 patch just drops the now-extraneous entries for
ul and
ul0 from _rtfMap, which I forgot to do earlier.
