1598	Possible to click Insert Citation twice	ahoward	simon	"Currently possible to click ""Insert Citation"" twice. Rather than object, the plugin just opens two ""Insert Citation"" windows. This is, needless to say, confusing. Also, when you close them out by canceling one or more of them, you get the error:

this._fields[this._deleteFields[i]] is undefined
