This patch is also included in #1662. This is left open because the attachd patch is more stable and has been tested and should not be at all controversial. The other patch is open because it addresses more resource types.

The patch fixes export to use the ​marcgt genre "thesis" instead of the erroneous "theses" & will now import either form.
