Fullscreen does not restore

Description

This applies only to the dev-trunk.

When zotero is placed in fullscreen mode, then hidden from the status bar, upon restoration, it will not remain in fullscreen mode. The button appears depressed, but the Awesome Bar(TM) and other Firefox toolbars will be present. Pressing the fullscreen button twice fixes it.
