RTF Scan: {Bib} Placemarker Flexibility

Description

In the absence of a {Bibliography} placemarker, RTF Scan should append a bibliography to the end of the document. Most bibliographies will be at the end, so it seems like it should only be necessary to specify a location if it is somewhere else.

  • switches citations from parentheses to brackets, to make it easier to distingush between what was reformatted and what wasn't
  • adds a list of example citations to RTF scan dialog
