Description
(In [4642]) -- When the annotations are collapsed, the mouseover message of the collapse/expand annotation button should say "Expand All Annotations", not "Collapse All Annotations". (This is a follow on to #588) See screenshot: http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2452/3608490576_53f3011ab5_o.png
