scholar pane overflow

Description

when the scholar pane is at top and made as small as possible, and an item is highlighted, the items list and the item info section overflow into the main browser window.

It has to do with the tabs on the Groupbox. (Try selecting files or notes, and then a "regular item")

This is kind of cheating, but it works, and as long as we can live with a 170px min-height, I'm not going to take the time to figure out how (and whether) this can be fixed.
