BioOne translator isn't triggering

Just to prevent double work: I've started tinkering with this translator.

Remaining issues:

• unable to grab PDFs, see also ​http://groups.google.com/group/zotero-dev/t/c982fc25506137aa

• doesn't fail gracefully in case the site doesn't provide a RIS-file (only way to find out seems to be to try and download it), or when the users doesn't select any items in the selection box in case of multiple items

I'd love to learn how to fix these issues.

currently uses the DOI where available - that fails for a number of articles, especially non-published ones and doesn't attach a pdf.
