Description

The translator recognizes articles and shows the article icon but just hangs when you click on it. See ​http://journalofvision.org/1/1/1/

(In [4256]) Fixes #1412, this fixes the hanging popup for single items....there is still the potential for multiple item duplication because of request ordering...

This translator needs to be rewritten using the currently being conceived "callback function chaining" technique

fixed. They use Highwire 2.0 now.
