The CMS CSL generates this:
Engel v. Vitale, U.S., vol. 370, 1962.
According to CMS 17.284 it should look like this:
Engel v. Vitale, 370 U.S. 421 (1962).
- The Report Volume should come before the Reporter
- The First Page should be included after the Reporter
- The date should be in parentheses.

Dan,
Can we do this now: add docketNumber to case item type, then map docketNumber to number in Zotero? I know this needs to be changed in the schema, but you did mention that you would be amenable to schema changes for legal citations: http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/5439/question-local-extensions-to-schema/#Item_10
Thanks,
Elena

i would prefer to fix this myself if you guys don't mind--it'll take me less time because i'm familiar with the styles. this has to be done for all CMS styles. elena
