Restore Defaults in column selectors does nothing

Description

There is a control in the top right corner of the center pane for turning columns on and off. The last option in the fly out menu says, "Restore Defaults". Selecting this option does nothing.

Mozilla now calls it "Restore Column Order" and it now does what it says.
