When viewing an attached note, the title of the parent item at the top of the right column is supposed to be a link back to that parent item. When you mouse over, it becomes the hand/finger cursor. Clicking on it does nothing, however.

You might be able to solve this at the same time: When you mouseover the area just above the notes section on a standalone item (where the title would be on a child item), the cursor changes to a finger. It would seem like it should just stay the same.
