Need to update/remake ACS Translator. Their new site is triggering the embedded RDF translator instead of the ACS translator. See ​http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/4818/

(In [3998]) Addresses #1242, incorporated santaworts code, still some issues with PDF download

In my cursory checks, PDF downloads seem to work. Closing since can't duplicate and forum threads don't specify what URLs don't work.
