Description
Error from Andrew:
"I tried testing out the Z1.5 plugin for OpenOffice 3.0 on Windows. Installed. Tried to insert a citation. Told it to use a couple sources, then specified a page number. The first time, it told me that one of the items was missing from my library, which was clearly not true. Second time I tried it, it gave me this lovely error message that I'm attaching."
Error is "IndexError: list index out of range", line 567 in startElement()
Andrew, are you able to reproduce this?

I tried a couple more times to replicate it, unsuccessfully. I'm not sure of everything that led to it, though. It may have been some other element of which I was not aware. It was first-run after installing the OOo plugin, which I'm not sure I can replicate. It could have been spurious, I suppose.
