Hitting Refresh doesn't remove old citation mark using bookmarks with Nature style

Description

From http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/4402/:

When using bookmark + Nature journal style, hitting refresh does
not remove the old citation mark, just adds a new one next to it.

Steps to reproduce:
* write some text.
* Insert some references using bookmarks and Nature journal references style
* Hit refresh. "yada yada yada 1" gets changed to "yada yada yada 11"
* Change preferences to another style formatting (Say NLM).
"yada yada yada 11" gets changed to "yada yada yada 1(1)"

Reproduced. Should probably fix this before releasing.

This is in OpenOffice. Didn't test Word 2008.

I have been unable to reproduce this error. The problem may have been fixed by r3923, but I could easily be wrong.

Tested in OpenOffice 2.4 and 3.0 for Ubuntu, and OpenOffice 3.0 for Windows Vista using trunk versions for both Zotero and the Python OpenOffice extension.

(In [4984]) Closes #1196

Fixes Nature style with OpenOffice plug-in. This doesn't seem to work if a new citation is inserted in the middle of a word, but as long as there's a space after, it seems to be okay.
