Library of Congress translator imports incorect call number

Description
The translator should import the 050 field. But if information is present in the 955 field it imports that instead. I can't find out exactly what the 955 field is for, but the 050 field is the Library of Congress call number, so we should be taking that from the catalog. Looking into this further it is a defect with the MARC translator.
Specifically this line.
this._associateDBField(item, "955", "a", "callNumber");
It looks like 9XX fields hold local information. In this case it looks like information on the actual physical locations of copies of these books. Not their call numbers. If no one objects I think we should remove this line. When I did so on my local copy Zotero correctly grabbed the call number.
