Description
Somebody needs to rewrite mhra_note_without_bibliography--the current one is in the old CSL format and is causing communication errors, since the compatibility-mode processor is buggy and hasn't been updated in a long time (and is removed in 1.5). We should push this as soon as it's available.

Not that I know of. If you wanted to work on it, that'd be great.

I think the current version of the rewritten MHRA (https://www.zotero.org/trac/changeset/3661) might be good to go (it may be good it somebody glances it over). It doesn't completely follow the style guide in the more complex item types (films, etc.), but I think it has a scope similar to that of the CMS note w/o bibliography style, which I used as a starting point for this style.
It does make use of custom terms though, so it's not fully functional in combination with Zotero 1.0.7 (this issue was solved recently: https://www.zotero.org/trac/changeset/3623).

Thanks for the patch, Rintze.
Checked into branch with r3793
Has anyone already started rewriting this style? Otherwise I'm willing to give it a try.
