1077	Add tag to note dialog broken	stakats	dstillman	Cannot manually add and type tag to note in trunk. Dragging note to the tag selector works. Syncing of note tags works. There's another UI glitch, which may be related. Dragging a note to the tag selector triggers the manual add tag dialog if that note is currently selected.
