Description

One of the recent updates, or possibly the move to Fx3 has broken the sticky notes for new archived webpages.

You can create sticky notes, but none of the delete annotation/move annotation/resize annotation icons in the yellow box are there. I tested this in 1.0.6 and Connie tested this in both 1.0.6SVN and 1.0.6r2919

Security Error: Content at ​file:///Users/[...].html may not load or link to chrome://zotero/skin/annotation-move.png.

And similar. I guess non-chrome content windows can't load chrome URLs (at least by default) anymore.

(In [2997]) Closes #564, use zotero:// protocol handler to load snapshots
Fixes #1056, Annotation icons aren't displayed

May be some glitches loading attachments this way, but it seems to work, and it fixes the annotation icons (though they're now misaligned).

Can use zotero://snapshot/ instead of zotero://annotation/ if people think it'd be better.
