Description
Because CSL is markedly superior to Endnote's style language, we should provide some indication of installed styles' provenance. Zotero users should really not be using an Endnote style when there's a Zotero equivalent available, which will almost certainly conform more closely to the style's guidelines.

I think just in the style manager would be fine. I don't even know that a string is necessary, but some kind of visual feedback would be useful.

Easiest thing would be to just add a "(Converted)" string to the end, though that's a bit ugly. Depends if we want the user to see this everywhere they use the style or just in the style manager.
