Description
surprisingly, a variety of news sites (CNN, CNet, etc.) still maintain meaningful keywords in META tags. it should be easy to extract these and use them as tags.

decided this isn't really worth doing except on sites known to contain valid metadata (e.g., CNN) where we should also attempt to pull out author information
